Compliance with Regulations: Users must utilize the platform in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, avoiding any conduct that may harm the platform's digital infrastructure.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and updated information upon registration (whether as a Customer, Supplier, or Affiliate) and commit to updating it immediately whenever changes occur.

Account Security: Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and password. The account holder bears full responsibility for all activities, transactions, and orders placed through their account.

Intellectual Property: You must respect intellectual property and copyrights when uploading any design files, logos, or marketing materials. Uploading any content that violates regulations or infringes on third-party rights is strictly prohibited.

Responsibility for Quality and Execution: Each supplier bears full legal and commercial responsibility for the quality of their products and services. Deliverables must strictly match the specifications, dimensions, and materials selected by the customer.

Commitment to Deadlines: Suppliers are strictly bound to the "Required Delivery Date" specified in the order. Any unjustified delay gives the platform the right to take necessary actions to protect the customer's rights.

Technical Integration and Pricing: When utilizing technical integration (API / ERP), the supplier is fully responsible for the accuracy of live prices, available capacities, and the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) displayed on their dashboard.

Licenses and Documentation: Suppliers warrant that all uploaded official documents (such as the Commercial Registration and Company Profile) are valid, authentic, and up-to-date.

Fair Promotion: Affiliate marketers must promote the platform's services and products using fair, honest, and legal methods. Spamming, misleading advertisements, or any practice that damages the platform's reputation is strictly prohibited.

Commissions and Earnings: Commissions are calculated solely based on the platform's tracking links and affiliate system. The platform reserves the right to audit earnings reports and cancel any commissions resulting from fraudulent operations.

Design Files and Urgent Orders: When submitting a custom printing service request, the customer is fully responsible for reviewing the format and quality of the uploaded design files (PDF/AI/PSD). Urgent requests are subject to prior approval by the supplier.

Requests for Quotation (RFQ): Quotes submitted by suppliers through the RFQ system are considered binding offers for the duration of the specified validity period.

Account Suspension: "Tanmia Print" reserves the absolute right to review, suspend, or terminate any account (Customer, Supplier, or Affiliate) that violates these terms or causes harm to the ecosystem and its users, without any financial or legal liability.

Updates to Terms: These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes explicit acceptance of the amended terms.
